Launch Control Facility

launch control tower

SpaceX commissioned us to envision a launch control tower and observation deck at Launch Complex 40 in Cape Canaveral, Florida. This speculative concept establishes a symbolic design language for astronautical architecture. The building’s defining arc immortalizes the ephemeral trail of a rocket’s trajectory into a monument to space exploration. The ellipsoidal observation deck atop the tower draws inspiration from the cockpit of an aircraft. From here, investors and the public alike can watch rockets take off and enjoy the spectacle of space flight.
