Avocado House

avocado bungalow

A remodel of a small Venice bungalow, this project is simultaneously intimate and expansive through a playful juxtaposition of interior and exterior space. A succession of open rooms engenders a telescoping effect for an illuminated open concept plan. Wood materials weave rooms together with domestic warmth, accented with marble, stone, and tile finishes. Multiple outdoor patios and two kitchens make this sustainable residence the perfect pad for a super host.
